标准化对于加速安徽省茶产业的发展升级、带动农民增收、促进经济发展意义斐然。近年来,在安徽省政府的高度重视下,茶叶标准化建设取得了显著成效,但仍存不足:作为建设依据的地方性法规文件之间存在冲突,标准体系结构不甚均衡,标准制定中的合法性审查不够,茶叶标准的实施及监督不到位。应尽快解决规范性文件之间的冲突,进一步健全标准体系,严格对标准合法合规性的审查,进一步加强对茶叶标准的实施和监督。
Standardization is of great significance in speeding up the development and upgrading of the tea industry in Anhui Province, driving farmers’ incomes and promoting economic development. In recent years, under the great attention of the Anhui provincial government, remarkable achievements have been made in the standardization of tea. However, there are still some deficiencies in the standardization of tea production. There is a conflict between local laws and regulations as the basis for construction, the standard system structure is not balanced, and the standard Sexual review is not enough, the implementation and supervision of the tea standard is not in place. As soon as possible to resolve the conflict between normative documents, and further improve the standard system, strict compliance with the standard review of the law to further strengthen the implementation of the standard tea and supervision.
