[目的]探讨不同密度小麦的源库变化对小麦产量的影响。[方法]采用225株/m2(D1),320株/m2(D2)2种种植密度,并进行剪旗叶(L1)、剪倒二叶(L2)、剪上半穗(L3)和不做处理(对照)4个处理进行田间试验。[结果]不同种植密度的小麦灌浆速率和千粒重均表现为L3>对照>L2>L1;小麦穗粒重和各器官干物质转移量密切相关,不同种植密度的小麦各器官干物质转移量和穗粒重均表现为对照>L2>L1>L3。[结论]剪叶处理均显著降低了小麦千粒重和干物质转移量,导致产量显著降低,且剪旗叶处理产量下降显著高于剪倒二叶;剪上半穗处理千粒重显著增加,但由于库容量显著减小、干物质转移量显著下降,致使产量显著降低。
[Objective] The research aimed to discuss the influence of source and sink changes of different density wheat on wheat yield. [Method] Two kinds of planting densities of 225 plants / m2 (D1) and 320 plants / m2 (D2) were used and the flag leaf (L1), L2, Do processing (control) 4 treatments for field trials. [Result] The grain filling rate and thousand-kernel weight of wheat with different planting density all showed L3> control> L2> L1. The grain weight of wheat was closely related to the dry matter translocation of various organs. The dry matter translocation and the panicles The grain weight showed the control> L2> L1> L3. [Conclusion] Leaf cutting treatment significantly reduced the 1000-grain weight and dry matter translocation, leading to a significant decrease of yield, and the decrease of yield of flag-leaf cutting was significantly higher than that of the second half-cut; Significantly reduced capacity, significantly reduced dry matter transfer, resulting in significantly reduced production.
