经超数排卵处理的成年大鼠,其排卵量受年龄的影响。正常的成年大鼠中,经超数排卵处理后,直径250~549μm的非闭锁性卵泡都有可能排卵,而大于549μm的卵泡则在动情前即可随LH峰而排卵。在以前的报道中,并未阐明大鼠超数排卵的能力与卵泡大小和年龄的关系。本实验的目的在于确定2~78周龄大鼠卵巢内250~549μm和大于549μm的非闭锁性卵泡数量的变化。材料和方法本实验采用220只2~78周龄Wistar-Imamichi系处女大鼠。饲养在24±2℃条件下,每昼夜照明14小时(上午7时开灯)。每天上午10时左右采检阴道涂片,判断其动情周期。选用至少连续两次4天动情
Adult ovariectomized rats, their ovulation by age. Normal adult rats, after superovulation treatment, non-blocking follicles of 250 ~ 549μm in diameter are likely to ovulate, and follicles greater than 549μm before ovulation with LH peak estrus.
