一、问题的提出自微电脑技术问世以来,它已大量地被运用到各个领域里。体育竞赛方面也不例外,仅在球类竞赛项目中,已有足球、篮球、排球和垒球先后在比赛现场运用计算机进行了各种技术统计。实践已充分证明运用计算机进行技术统计,具有及时、准确、省时和容量大、能储存等优点。本文提出的是用计算机对临场裁判技术统计。为对裁判员的裁判水平有客观、公正的评定,提高裁判水平,建立裁判员的技术档案,选送优秀裁判员报考国际裁判提供依据。
