The tetanus-infected mice were used as animal models of neurological impairment and treated with intramuscular injection of Nerve growth factor (NGF). The results showed that the experimental group (NGF A, B group) mice survival was significantly higher than the control group. P <0. 01, indicating that NGF can promote tetanus infection in mice repair nerve injury, restore motor function. This result provides the basis for the clinical application of NGF.
