对脉冲激光加工中空间散射现象的研究是分析材料吸收激光束质量,提高加工精度的重要方法。本文根据散射率+吸收率=1的原理,实验分析空间散射现象,确定散射现象的研究方法和实验采集装置,建立空间散射能量的数学模型,通过采集系统和相应的软件编程,绘制散射能量分布图。实验结果表明:散射能量的空间分布近似为一球缺。
