我们于一九八八年对668名轮胎生产工人19-57岁;女199名,20-48岁,平均年龄30.20岁。专业工龄1~28年)作了血象调查,现将结果分析如下: 一、对象与方法:在本厂接触汽油作业满一年的工人(轮胎加工的成型、裁断、贴合、钢压贴胶色布涂糊胶浆电钳维修司机等);采左手无名指血,弃去首滴,于8·30-11·30点以及14·30-17点进行;所用仪器:固定72型光电比色计、显微镜,经过医疗器械修理所校正;方法:血红蛋白用酸化法,红细胞用光电比浊法,白细胞用显微镜计数,白细胞分类用瑞氏染色法。检验工作固定专人,除白细胞分类外,余均在取血后3小时检毕。对照人群系借用湖南地区615名成人血象资料(男360名,女255名,18-60岁,从未曾接触毒害
