目的观察两种灭菌过程挑战装置在预真空灭菌器常规监测中应用效果。方法通过两种灭菌过程挑战装置的现场监测,评估其在监测预真空压力蒸汽灭菌器灭菌效果方面实际应用价值。结果经过40包次生物性灭菌过程挑战装置实际监测,其装置内生物指示剂全部无菌生长,合格率100%;连续130包次化学性灭菌过程挑战装置实际监测,装置内全部爬行式化学指示剂内染料均进入规定区域,合格率100%。结论两种灭菌过程挑战装置用于预真空压力蒸汽灭菌器灭菌效果监测结果完全一致。
Objective To observe the application effect of two sterilization process challenge devices in the routine monitoring of pre-vacuum sterilizer. Methods Two kinds of sterilization process were used to challenge the on-site monitoring of the device to evaluate its practical application in monitoring the sterilization effect of pre-vacuum steam sterilizer. Results After 40 packs of biological sterilization process, the challenge device was actually monitored. All the biological indicators in the device were completely aseptically grown, with a pass rate of 100%. The continuous challenge of 130 packets of chemical sterilization process was actually monitored. Chemical indicator dyes are within the prescribed area, with a pass rate of 100%. Conclusion The two sterilization process challenge devices for pre-vacuum sterilizer sterilizing effect monitoring results are exactly the same.
