患儿男、8岁,山东省平邑县人。因间歇性憋气、晕厥3月余,于1980年4月30日入院。患儿于3个月前未明原因的呕吐,每日2～3次,非喷射性,为胃内容物;腹泻每日2次,稍稀,无脓血,在当地服药2～3天后好转。于发病后第8天突然晕倒、憋气、面紫,头后仰,持续约1～2分钟自行缓解后入睡。遂用能量合剂,氢化考地松治疗。23天前憋气、晕厥再次发作,性质同前,每日发作数十次,持续2～28分钟不等,给氯化钾、利多卡因等治疗,发作次数减少,持续时间缩短,于5天后转来本院的途中突然发作,去×医院抢救,心率较慢,心律不齐,用阿托品治疗后好转。病后无发热,发作间期无胸痛、胸闷、气短。当地无类似患者。患儿平时以煎饼为主食,辅食较少。既往史、家族史无特殊发现。体检:T36.5℃、P40次/分、R38次/分、血压120/40mmHg,一般情况尚可,皮肤粘膜无异常,浅表淋巴结无肿大。两肺正常,心前区无隆起,心尖搏动不弥散,心界向两侧扩大,心率40次/分,律整、心音有力,心尖部Ⅱ级收缩期杂音,第二心音分裂。肝肋下3cm,剑
