机电一体化技术与产品迅猛发展与人才缺乏的矛盾日益突出。当前,机电一体化专业人才培养不适应社会需求和技术发展的需要,需要对培养目标重新准确定位,专业课程体系有待重新构建。
The conflict between the rapid development of mechatronic technology and products and the shortage of qualified personnel has become increasingly prominent. At present, the cultivation of mechatronics professionals does not meet the needs of society and the need of technological development. It is necessary to re-locate the training objectives and to rebuild the professional curriculum system.
