目的:为制定中国中年人红细胞压积参考值的统一标准提供科学依据。方法:收集了中国各地用温氏法测定的健康中年人红细胞压积参考值,并对其与地理因素的关系进行了研究。结果:发现海拔高度是影响中年人红细胞压积参考值最主要的因素,随着海拔高度的逐渐增大,中年人红细胞压积参考值也在逐渐的增大,相关性很显著。用一元回归分析的方法推导出了十个回归方程。结论:如果知道了中国某地的地理因素,就可以用回归方程估算这个地区的中年人红细胞压积参考值。
Objective: To provide a scientific basis for formulating a unified standard for reference values of middle-aged human hematocrit in China. Methods: The reference values of hematocrit in healthy middle-aged people measured by the Wen’s method were collected from all over China, and the relationship between them and geographical factors was studied. Results: It was found that altitude was the most important factor affecting the reference value of middle-aged human hematocrit. With the increasing of altitude, the reference value of middle-aged human hematocrit increased gradually, and the correlation was significant. Ten regression equations were derived using one-dimensional regression analysis. Conclusion: If you know the geographical factors of a certain place in China, you can use the regression equation to estimate the reference value of middle-aged people’s hematocrit in this area.
