研究包括380个ICSI周期,ICSI后14~17小时检查原核,形态学参数包括核仁前体的数量(NPB)及其在每个原核的分布(有极性或无极性),具有下列特征的被认为是“O”型受精卵;①2个原核的NPB数量相差不超过3个;②2个原核中的NPB分布(随机或有极性)是相同的;③每个原核至少有3个NPB。在观察中需要调整焦点直到观察到所有原核,观察前要转动受精卵,保证能清楚地看到2个原核,原核的重叠会阻碍观察NPB的数目和分布。ICSI后2天进行胚胎移植,胚胎的选择按照传统标准即卵裂速度和形态,上述的观察结果不被考虑,优质胚胎标准为细胞大小均匀一致,细胞碎片<10%,细胞胞质清亮、无颗粒。超声下宫腔内可见胎囊并有胎心跳动被认为临床妊娠。

The standard embryo quality was uniform cell size <10%, cell cytoplasm was clear, and no Granules. Ultrasound intrauterine visible fetal sac and fetal heart rate be considered as clinical pregnancy.
