目的 了解燃煤氟污染较为严重的巫山县是否存在砷的污染与危害。方法 随机抽取调查点与对照点8~10岁儿童尿样60份,发样60份,粮食24份,水20份,煤8份,并测其砷含量。结果 调查点煤砷含量虽不高,但室内储存水及粮食都明显高于室外水源水和对照地区。儿童尿砷值虽无显著性差异,但调查点儿童发砷值明显高于对照组。结论 调查点存在着一定程度的砷污染,并对儿童的砷代谢有一定的影响。
Objective To understand whether there is arsenic contamination and hazards in Wushan County where the coal-fired fluorine pollution is serious. Methods Randomly collected 60 urine samples of children aged 8 to 10 from the survey site and control site, 60 samples, 24 grains, 20 water samples, and 8 coal samples. The arsenic content was measured. Results Although the arsenic content of the coal at the survey site was not high, indoor storage water and grain were significantly higher than the outdoor source water and the control area. Although there was no significant difference in children’s urinary arsenic, the arsenic value in children at the survey site was significantly higher than that in the control group. Conclusion There is a certain degree of arsenic contamination at the survey site and it has a certain influence on arsenic metabolism in children.
