一、受到朝鲜核试验影响,韩国经济增长将放缓10月9日上午,朝鲜宣布进行了一次地下核试验。这一消息令亚洲金融市场出现明显波动。韩元兑美元汇率当天滑落1.5%,跌至两个月来的最低点;亚洲股市齐现跌势。韩国蒙受最大的打击,韩国综合指数一度猛跌3.6%,出现近四个月来最大单日跌幅。由于担心当地金融市场出现大规模动荡,韩国央行在朝鲜核试验的消息传出后随即成立特别小组监测金融市场波动。韩国央行表示,韩国有足够的储备维持汇市稳定。如有必要,将采取增加供应流动性等措施维持市场稳定。

South Korean won against the U.S. dollar fell 1.5% that day, falling to its lowest level in two months; Asian stock markets showed declines. South Korea suffered the brunt, with the South Korean Composite Index plunging 3.6% for the first time in a single day of decline in nearly four months. Concerned about the large-scale turmoil in the local financial markets, the Bank of Korea set up a special task force to monitor the financial market volatility immediately after news of the North Korean nuclear test came out. South Korea’s central bank said South Korea has enough reserves to maintain foreign exchange stability. If necessary, measures such as increasing supply liquidity will be adopted to maintain market stability.
