在沙漠、高山等干旱缺水地区以及岩石破碎、喀斯特发育地区进行钻探施工,常因水费高昂或漏失严重而无法施工。为在这些地区安全高效钻进,1983年我们进行了空气洗井50m浅钻设备设计和工艺研究试验。1985年在工区实际钻进六孔,计270.19m工作量。除一水井外,其余五孔均超过50m,平均40小时完成一孔,耗水30L/h,耗风50m~3/h,每米直接成本1.23元,效率比同条件下的大钻机泥浆钻进高0.5—1倍左右。实际钻进说明,以空气和泡沫作循环介质,在干旱缺水和极度漏失地层钻进,有很高的经济效益。同年11月初,该项科研通过部级验收,受到好评。
