As many countries have entered a new period of adjustment and developmental competition in the wake of the financial crisis,some profound changes and transformations have inevitably taken place in the international strategic configuration and the international order.As the connotations and conditions of China's new period of strategic opportunity change,so it is necessary for China to develop keener foresight in dealing with its foreign relations than ever before,especially taking into consideration the possibility that Sino-U.S.relations may be marked by a period of high risk a decade from now.
