近年来,水泥立窑厂塌窑事故时有发生,表现为窑内物料骤然下沉,大量红火球块及碎粉料从看火操作门喷出,造成人身伤亡事故。这实际上是出于立窑内一氧化碳爆炸引起的。一氧化碳爆炸浓度范围是16.3%~71.2%,如果含有粉尘和水蒸气,其爆炸浓度范围还将扩大。据资料报道,在一氧化碳与氧的混合物中,当各自浓度均高于16.2%,并大致成1∶1的比例时,只要一接触火就可以燃烧,引起爆炸。引起立窑一氧化碳爆炸的原因大致是:
