中老年人群习练太极拳是一项需要系统的、科学的训练方法来指导的学习过程。在教学时不仅要遵循一般的武术教学与训练的方法,还要结合中老年人群的生理和心理特点进行科学的分析与指导。本文通过对中老年人群习练太极拳的相关问题进行分析,希望能为中老年人群练习太极拳提供帮助,为武术成为全民健身活动的基础提供理论依据。
Middle-aged population practice Tai Chi is a systematic, scientific training methods to guide the learning process. In teaching not only to follow the general Wushu teaching and training methods, but also with the elderly and middle-aged people’s physiological and psychological characteristics of scientific analysis and guidance. Based on the analysis of the related problems of the middle-aged and elderly people in practicing Taijiquan, this article hopes to help the middle-aged and older people to practice Taijiquan and provide the theoretical basis for the foundation of the national fitness activity.
