一、概述我院于一九七一年四月设计了一座小型冷库,其用途主要是为饭店食品冷藏(吞吐量较大)服务。该饭店因外事需要,对季节性食物(例如童子鸡,八月桂花鸭,鱼、鲥鱼,对虾等)由饭店自行屠宰冷藏,贮藏时间要求在一年左右,所以除冷藏间外尚需增设结冻间一个,从而形成了一个小型的综合性冷库。为操作方便、安全起见,我们选用了氟利昂制冷系统。其主要指标如下: 要求冷藏能力:
I. Overview Our hospital designed a small cold store in April 1971. Its purpose was primarily to serve food refrigerated (larger throughput) in hotels. Due to the need of foreign affairs, the hotel is slaughtered and frozen by the hotel itself for seasonal food (such as oyster chicken, osmanthus osmanthus duck, fish, squid, prawn, etc.).
