本文对武汉市三所不周社会经济文化条件小学的男女小学生进行了肥胖儿童营养状况和生化指标的研究,调查对象按肥胖儿童、体重过重儿童与正常体重儿童1∶1配对。结果表明,肥胖儿童的热能摄入量明显高于相应的正常儿童,其血红蛋白和血清总蛋白的含量亦高于正常儿童,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05和P<0.01);肥胖儿童的血浆游离氨基酸,精氨酸和组氨酸明显低于正常儿童,其差异有极显著性意义(P<0.01);而谷氨酸水平则明显高于正常儿童(P<0.05);支链氨基酸水平与正常儿童比较有增高趋势(415.5±110.3μmol/L vs 375.9±105.1μmol/L),但无显著性差异(P>0.05)。
In this paper, we investigated the nutritional status and biochemical indicators of obese children in primary and secondary schools in Wuhan. The subjects were paired with obese children, overweight children and normal weight children. The results showed that the calorie intake of obese children was significantly higher than that of corresponding normal children, and the contents of hemoglobin and total protein in obese children were also higher than those in normal children (P <0.05 and P <0.01). The obese children Plasma free amino acids, arginine and histidine were significantly lower than those in normal children (P <0.01), while glutamate levels were significantly higher than those in normal children (P <0.05).
