介绍了一种实现1万t多向模锻水压机无人操作的学习控制系统.该系统由两级计算机系统组成.通过操作人员示教生产一定数量的锻件,学习控制系统在线学习,形成操作知识库,在进入批量生产时,该系统替代操作人员自动完成水压机的操作.本文着重阐述了表达操作过程特征值的提取方法、操作知识库的结构和无人操作的实现。
