目的:研究乳腺良恶性病变细胞形态与DNA含量。方法:利用传统的Feulgen染色及计算机图像分析系统软件检测细胞形态及DNA含量。结果:a.乳腺良恶性病变之间、乳腺癌Ⅰ级与Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级之间、淋巴转移组与非转移组之间NA、CA、N/P及Pn有显著差别(P<001);b.乳腺良恶性病变之间DNA含量存在显著差别P<001;c.综合细胞形态及DNA含量参数经逐步判别分析建立综合判别式,良性病变回代率为100%,恶性肿瘤回代率9875%。结论:N/P,NA,CA及DNA含量为乳腺良恶性病变提供可靠的差别依据,NA及N/P是判别乳腺癌分级和转移的重要因素。
Objective: To study the morphology and DNA content of benign and malignant breast lesions. METHODS: Cellular morphology and DNA content were detected using traditional Feulgen staining and computer image analysis system software. Result: a. There were significant differences in NA, CA, N/P, and Pn between benign and malignant breast lesions, between breast cancer grades I and II, and between lymphatic metastases and non-metastatic breast cancers (P<001); b . There was a significant difference in DNA content between benign and malignant breast lesions P<001; c. Comprehensive discriminant analysis was used to establish a comprehensive discriminant equation based on comprehensive cell morphology and DNA content parameters. The rate of benign lesions was 100%, and the rate of malignant tumors was 9875%. Conclusion: N/P, NA, CA and DNA content provide a reliable basis for differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast lesions. NA and N/P are important factors in the classification and metastasis of breast cancer.
