本文研究了2-[(3.5-二溴-2-吡啶)偶氮]-5-氨基酚(简称3.5—Br_2—PAAP)与钴显色反应的适宜条件,其它离子的影响,确定了络合物的组成。实验表明,在 PH=4~5范围内钴与3.5—Br_2—PAAP 形成1:2的紫红色络合物.试剂的最大吸收峰为430nm,络合物的最大吸收峰为540nm,摩尔消光系数ε_(540)=6·48×10~4m01~(-1)cm~(-1),遵守比尔定律的范围为0~25μg/25ml。桑德尔灵敏度为0·00051微克 cm~(-2),表现稳定常数为3.6×10~6。通过对矿样、维生素 B_(12)针剂、小麦进行测定,取得了满意的结果。
