陶行知(1891,10,18——1946,7,25),安徽歙县西乡黄潭源村人,毛泽东称他为“伟大的人民教育家”.陶行知先生提倡“生活即教育”,力主教育为“抗战”服务.1938年底、1939年初两次到香港,宣传抗战、创办中华业余学校,还结合抗战救亡写了不少诗歌。惜乎《中国现代教育史》、《简明中国教育史》有关教育家陶行知的章节以及报刊上缅怀陶行知先生的文章只字没有提及;近读香港中文大学卢玮銮(小思)女士寄给我的她所著的《香港文纵》有《陶行知在香港》一篇,较详细地述说了陶先生在香港一段时间的文化教育活动.现撮要如下,以资更好地理解陶行知的教育思想.1936年夏天,“世界新教育会议”第七届年会在
