近几年来北京的房地产开发取得了较大的发展,城市的规划用地十分紧张,应该怎样面对现实,正确引导,以使首都的房地产业健康发展,纳入城市建设轨道是个十分重要的问题。这不仅涉及到有关政策、法规的制定,还涉及到规划、管理的操作问题。本文仅就以上问题发表一下个人的看法。
In recent years, the development of real estate in Beijing has made great development. Urban planning land is very tight. How to deal with reality and guide correctly to make the real estate industry in the capital healthy and integrated into the track of urban construction is a very important issue.
