草莓果实柔嫩多汁,酸甜适口,具有浓郁芳香和独特风味,是营养丰富的高级果品。草莓是一年中结果最早的水果,大田栽培成熟期在5～6月份,是解决水果淡季上市的途径之一。如果通过促成栽培,便可以更早地补充鲜果淡季的货源,现将其无土促成栽培试验初报如下。
