目的通过分析危重孕产妇的基本情况、病因和救治情况等,进一步提高危重孕产妇抢救水平,不断降低本地区孕产妇死亡率和围产儿死亡率。方法收集整理浦东新区南汇地区7家助产医疗机构2007-2010年成功抢救31例危重孕产妇病例,并对其进行分析和总结。结果 31例危重病例中,外地孕产妇占93.55%,主要病因是产科出血和子痫等疾病。结论要对所有孕产妇实施全覆盖、全程孕期管理,不断提高危重抢救成功率,进一步降低孕产妇死亡率。
Objective To further improve the level of rescue of critically ill pregnant women by analyzing the basic situation, cause and treatment of critically ill pregnant women, and continuously reduce the maternal and perinatal mortality rates in the region. Methods A total of 31 cases of critically ill pregnant women were successfully salvaged from 7 midwifery institutions in Nanhui District, Pudong New Area from 2007 to 2010, and analyzed and summarized. Results Among the 31 cases of critical illness, 93.55% of pregnant women were from outside China. The main causes were maternal bleeding and eclampsia. Conclusion All pregnant women should be fully covered and governed throughout their pregnancy so as to continuously improve the success rate of critical care and rescue and further reduce the maternal mortality rate.
