患者,女性,34岁,住院号1017。患者恶心、食欲不振、头昏、双下肢腓肠肌酸痛2天,体温及大小便正常,1991年2月11日步行来本院门诊治疗,予静脉滴注5%GS 500 ml加ATP20mg后,发觉自已全身不能动弹,无法起床,且感心悸胸闷,查ECG示窦性心律,频发室性早搏,各导联T波低平,测血清钾为2.89mmol/L,而收住院治疗。体检:T36.7℃,P90次,R24次,BP15/10kPa,神清,发育正常,营养中等,被动平卧体位,巩膜及全身皮肤未见黄
