深井钻井要求钻井液具有抗高温、抗可溶性盐污染的能力。研制了高温抗盐降滤失剂RSTF,该剂是由两种以上的聚合物单体与腐殖酸接枝共聚制成。对RSTF在不同钻井液体系中的HTHP降滤失性能,抗盐、石膏、水泥污染性能及与其它处理剂的配伍性进行了评价。RSTF能显著降低水基钻井液在各种条件下的HTHP滤失量,具有较强的抗盐、钙污染能力,抗温达220℃。
Deep well drilling requires drilling fluid with high temperature resistance and resistance to soluble salt contamination.
