绩效工资是以职工被聘上岗的工作岗位为主,根据岗位技术含量、责任大小、劳动强度和环境优劣确定岗级,以单位经济效益和劳动力价位确定工资总量,以职工的劳动成果为依据支付劳动报酬,是劳动制度、人事制度与工资制度密切结合的工资制度,本文通过对血站实行绩效工资的必要性进行分析,并科学合理制定绩效考核方案、发挥考核作用,全面应用绩效考核结果,解决员工执行力的障碍,不断完善绩效管理体系运作,以此推动血站工作全面提升。
