为了观察生殖毒性实验中LN001对仔鼠骨骼及内脏发育的影响,笔者采用随机分组法将SD大鼠分成阴性对照组和不同浓度的LN001处理组,在妊娠期间重复静脉注射给药,观察药物对胎仔发育的影响。结果表明,胎仔骨骼和内脏变异率、异常率均未见统计学差异。在本试验条件下,重复给药后,在不同剂量条件下,孕鼠可出现于药理作用相关的药后肌肉松弛和眼睑闭合等症状,未见胚胎毒性和致畸毒性。
In order to observe the effects of LN001 on skeletal and visceral development of pups in reproductive toxicity experiment, we divided the SD rats into negative control group and LN001 treatment group by random grouping method, repeated intravenous injection during pregnancy, Effects of fetal development. The results showed that fetal bone and visceral variability, abnormal rates were not statistically different. Under the experimental conditions, repeated administration, under different dosage conditions, pregnant rats may appear in the pharmacological effects related to muscle relaxation and eyelid closure and other symptoms, no embryotoxicity and teratogenic toxicity.
