校企合作办学是中等职业学校发展的必由之路。在校企合作办学模式下,中等职业学校教学改革任重道远,而课程改革直接关系到教改工作的成败。教师应明确课改的核心是“促进学生有效学习”。课改就是将“以教师为中心”的课堂转变为“以学生为中心”的课堂,让课堂真正成为学生学习的场所,让学习成为课堂活动的核心。如此,教师才能对课改有清晰认识与把握。
School-enterprise cooperation in running schools is the only way for the development of secondary vocational schools. Under the mode of school-enterprise cooperation, the teaching reform in secondary vocational school has a long way to go. Curriculum reform is directly related to the success or failure of teaching reform. Teachers should be clear that the core of curriculum reform is “to promote effective learning”. Curriculum reform is to change the classroom of “teacher-centered” into “student-centered” classroom so as to make the classroom a real place for students to learn and make learning the core of classroom activities. In this way, teachers can have a clear understanding of curriculum reform and grasp.
