益阳县微生物研究所从八○年开始立课题研究黑木耳的代料栽培,一九八三年瓶栽中试成功,一九八四年大面积栽培成功,每百斤干料产干耳2.15公斤,通过了省级鉴定。在瓶栽成功的基础上,进而采用塑料袋太空包栽培法,一九八五年春季栽培800袋,共产鲜耳482公斤,每百斤干料产鲜耳200公斤,生物转化率200％。一九八六年元月列入国家“星火计划”,总投资120万元。益阳县微生物研究所为了不违生产季节,采取边建厂,边生产,边推广的办法。一九八五年秋冬季,先改建了简易的厂坊,上了小型液体菌种生产设备。一九八六年春
