TNF-α is known as the strongest activity cytokines of anti-tumor, but if there is much more TNF-α, the bodys immune balance will be destroyed.It is an effective measure for using monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) of anti-TNFα in clinical treatment for diseases caused by excessive TNF-α.In this study, we express scFv-Fc of human anti-TNFα successfully in transgenic Arabidopsis with seed-specific promoter and plant preferred codons.
