4月3日,大连市统一战线“同心讲坛”举办2015年度首场报告会,邀请我国著名经济学家、国家发改委经济体制与管理研究所产业室主任、国家工业和信息化部电信经济专家委员会委员史炜,作“新常态下中国经济走向”专题报告。史炜从国际、国内两个发展大局出发,对新常态作了全面深入的解读,在与会者中引起强烈反响。应读者要求,征得史炜本人同意,现将他的讲稿在此发表。
April 3, Dalian United Front “Concentric Forum ” held the first annual report for 2015, invited China’s famous economist, National Development and Reform Commission Institute of Economic System and Management Industry Director, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology telecommunications economy Shi Wei, member of the expert committee, made a special report on “China’s economic trend toward a new normal”.
