近些年来,我国的国有企业基层党建工作在党中央的要求下,努力提高党建水平,不断的进行改革,并取得了一些成绩。随着社会的发展,国有企业党建工作日益凸显出了不少的问题,例如没有健全组织结构、工作方法老化等等。尤其是现在的经济形势下,国有企业面对这新的改革,党支部更应发挥好在国企管理中的中心作用,正确开展国企基层的党建工作,全面提升国企在市场中的竞争力。面对新形势,本文提倡,以“精益化”管理激发党建新活力。
In recent years, at the request of the Party Central Committee, the grass-roots party building work of state-owned enterprises in our country has been making great efforts to raise the standard of party building and to carry out constant reforms, with some achievements. With the development of society, the party building work in state-owned enterprises has increasingly highlighted many problems, such as the failure to improve the organizational structure and the aging of working methods. Especially in the current economic situation, in the face of this new reform, state-owned enterprises should play a central role in the management of state-owned enterprises and properly carry out party building in the state-owned enterprises at the grassroots level to comprehensively enhance the competitiveness of state-owned enterprises in the market. In the face of the new situation, this article advocates, “lean ” management to stimulate the party to build a new vitality.
