党章作为党的根本大法,是党员干部行为准则的总遵循、总规矩,对党员干部队伍建设作出了明确规定。因此,国企每个党员干部都要认真学习党章、严格遵守党章,自觉增强党章意识,才能更好地为国企全面深化改革和提质增效工作作出更大贡献。
As the fundamental law of the party, the party constitution is the general rule of complying with the general rules of behavior of party members and cadres and clearly stipulates the contingent of party members and cadres. Therefore, every party member and member of a state-owned enterprise must conscientiously study the party constitution, strictly observe the party constitution, and conscientiously enhance the awareness of the party constitution so as to make greater contributions to deepening the reform and improving the quality and efficiency of state-owned enterprises.
