As the real economy stabilized, the domestic commercial real estate market continued to pick up. The central government for the continuous introduction of the property market overheating control measures are making the residential market wait and see mood gradually worsened. The market seems to be signaling a signal that commercial real estate will regain the attention of investors and the commercial-residential price reversal will probably disappear after the financial crisis.
