空军机关飞行人员与航空兵部队飞行员相比,特点为:①飞行机种型号多,但每年飞行时间短;②年龄偏大,日常机关工作繁重,而体育锻炼时间相对较少;③居住分散,出差多,不便集中航卫管理;④导致暂时停飞的疾病或症状,除上呼吸道感染外,主要以血压偏高、心电图T波改变为多见。近几年来我们重点采取督促坚持规章制度,坚持完成大、小体检,定期巡诊等措施,严把身体放飞关,保证了飞行安全。但必须认识到,还存在一些薄弱环节,如少数飞行人员不能按时疗养、体育锻炼时间不足等,均有待于今后加以改进。建议把空军机关飞行人员的航卫保障工作,作为一项特殊飞行人员群体的课题长期追踪研究,及时把相关信息反馈给领导决策部门。充分发挥机关空勤人员的带头、示范作用,使他们自觉地理解、重视和支持航卫保障工作,从而有助于促进全航空兵部队航卫保障水平的提高。

In recent years, we have focused on urging and upholding the rules and regulations and upholding the completion of major and minor health check-ups and regular inspections, and strictly controlled the release of the body to ensure flight safety. However, we must recognize that there are still some weak links, such as the inability of a few pilots to take on-time medical care and the lack of time for physical training, all of which need to be improved in the future. It is suggested that long-term follow-up research should be carried out on the pilotage support for aircrews in the air force as a special group of flight crews, and timely feedback of relevant information to the leading decision-making departments. Give full play to the lead and demonstration role of the aircrews of the agencies so that they can consciously understand, value and support the work of safeguarding navigation and defense and thus help promote the improvement of the level of safeguards for the entire air force.
