以菌体的生长和生物氧化活性为指标,对酸性氧化亚铁硫杆菌氧化难浸金精矿过程中pH值和温度及有机添加剂的影响进行了研究。结果表明:当pH值为1.1~2.0,温度为41℃左右时菌体的比生长速率最大;当pH值为1.1~1.4,温度为41~44℃时,菌体比氧化速率最大。少量添加蛋白胨可使矿物氧化速率从0.41±0.02g/(L.d)提高为0.92±0.05 g/(L.d);少量半胱氨酸的加入可使矿物氧化速率从0.41±0.02 g/(L.d)提高为0.57±0.03 g/(L.d);两者的最佳添加浓度分别为10-3g/mL和6.4×10-5mol/L,最佳添加时间均为细菌生长进入指数生长期之前。
The growth and biooxidation activity of bacterial cells were used as indexes to study the effects of pH and temperature and organic additives on the oxidation of refractory gold concentrate by Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans. The results showed that the specific growth rate was the highest when the pH was 1.1-2.0 and the temperature was about 41 ℃. The maximum specific growth rate was observed when the pH was 1.1-1.4 and the temperature was 41-44 ℃. The addition of a small amount of peptone increased the mineral oxidation rate from 0.41 ± 0.02 g / (Ld) to 0.92 ± 0.05 g / (Ld). The addition of a small amount of cysteine increased the mineral oxidation rate from 0.41 ± 0.02 g / (Ld) (0.57 ± 0.03 g / (Ld)). The optimum concentrations of both were 10-3g / mL and 6.4 × 10-5mol / L, respectively. The best addition time was before the bacterial growth entered the exponential growth phase.
