目的了解福建省部分食品中硼含量的本底值。方法采用“电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)”测定福建省6类食品中硼含量,并对测定结果进行统计分析。结果共测定617份样本,检出527份,检出率为85.41%。所检测的食品中,茶叶中硼的检出量最高(P50为14.49mg/kg),其他五类食品检出量的P50值依次为:水果(4.36 mg/kg)、蔬菜(1.41 mg/kg)、粮食及其制品(0.44 mg/kg)、水产品(0.30mg/kg)、畜禽肉及内脏类(0.10mg/kg)。不同食品类别硼含量差异较大,产地来源不同的同种食品,硼含量也存在差异。结论通过调查基本摸清了福建省6类食品中硼含量的本底值,为福建省食品相关监管部门有效监管食品中硼的添加提供了参考数据。
Objective To understand the background value of boron in some foods in Fujian Province. Methods The content of boron in six kinds of foods in Fujian Province was determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) and the results were statistically analyzed. Results A total of 617 samples were tested and 527 samples were detected. The detection rate was 85.41%. The detected content of boron in tea was the highest (P50 was 14.49 mg / kg). The P50 values of other five kinds of foods were as follows: fruit (4.36 mg / kg), vegetable (1.41 mg / kg ), Grain and its products (0.44 mg / kg), aquatic products (0.30 mg / kg), livestock and poultry meat and internal organs (0.10 mg / kg). Different types of food boron content is different, different origin of the same food, boron content is also different. Conclusion The investigation of the background value of boron in six kinds of food in Fujian Province basically found out the reference data for the effective supervision of Fujian Province food regulatory authorities to add boron in food.
