1984年1月—1985年1月笔者用阈值法对我校846名汉族人测定了苯硫脲味盲频率和隐性基因的频率。调查对象男431人,女415人,12—58岁,身体健康的大学生、中学生和工作人员等。测定时4号液(0.1625g/l)为味盲界限。 测定结果见附表。平均尝味阈值:9.1571±1.3455,味盲人数82人,味盲率9.69%。男女味盲率经X~2检验,p>0.05,男女平均尝味差异经t测验(t=0.9<1.96),无显著差异,与国内学者报道的结果一致。
January 1984-January 1985 The author used threshold method to determine the frequency of blindness and recessive genes of phenylthiourea in 846 Chinese in our school. The survey included 431 males, 415 females, 12-58 years old, healthy students, middle school students and staff members. Determination of liquid 4 (0.1625g / l) for the taste blind limit. Determination results see schedule. Average tasting threshold: 9.1571 ± 1.3455, taste blind number 82, taste-blind rate 9.69%.
