前言研究膳食对动脉粥样硬化的影响,已成为一项较实际的研究项目。关于动脉粥样硬化形成过程中病理组织学和超微结构的改变特点,国内外已有大量报导。我们偏重于观察不同膳食条件下病理组织学和超微结构的变化特点,为防治动脉粥样硬化提供实验依据。
Preface The impact of diet on atherosclerosis has become a more realistic research project. About the process of atherosclerosis histopathology and ultrastructure changes, there have been a lot of reports at home and abroad. We focus on observing the different histological and ultrastructural changes under different dietary conditions to provide experimental evidence for the prevention and treatment of atherosclerosis.
