2010年6月28日,中国拍卖行业协会在京举办“《文物艺术品拍卖规程》宣贯新闻发布会”。中华人民共和国商务部、中华人民共和国文化部及地方商务主管部门等政府部门领导,国内艺术品拍卖业界主要骨干企业,收藏界、法律界、新闻界的知名人士及国内主流及专业媒体等一百余人参加了相关活动。
