曼内斯曼·德马格公司(Mannesmann Demag AG)的冶金技术米尔分公司(Huttentechnik Meer Division)位于德国的Monchengladbach,1872年建立时称为米尔(Meer)机械公司。1952年在这里建立了粉末冶金部门,创办了空气雾化RZ铁粉生产线。1966年曼内斯曼开发了水雾化法生产焊接用粉末品种,至今仍不断地对这一方法加以改进,1977年提供了用于粉末冶金的新一代铁粉和钢粉。随后的改进导致了现今的发展,即高强度和高耐磨预合金钢粉、气/水雾化注射成形(MIM)用粉末和扩散—合金化的铜“中间合金”。图示为采用扩散合金化的“Ultrapac—20Cu”与采用元素铜的粉末冶金零件的尺寸精度比较。由图可见,采用Ultrapac—20Cu者防止了铜的偏析,得到了最高的尺寸精度。今天公司的粉末冶全部门有150名雇员,包括下列活动范围:水雾化铁粉和钢粉;空气雾化铁粉;扩散—合金化钢粉(以水雾化铁粉为基);预混合粉;气/水雾化MIM用粉;CNC液压粉末压机(600~8 000kN);生产铁粉、钢粉和烧结制件的完整工厂。
Mannesmann Demag AG’s Huttentechnik Meer Division is located in Monchengladbach, Germany and was founded in 1872 as Meer Machinery. In 1952 here set up a powder metallurgy department, founded the air atomization RZ iron production line. In 1966, Mannesmann developed the water atomization method for the production of powder for welding, which has been continuously improved until now. In 1977, a new generation of iron powder and steel powder for powder metallurgy was provided. Subsequent improvements led to today’s developments, namely high strength and high wear resistant prealloyed steel powder, gas / water atomized injection molding (MIM) powders and diffusion-alloying copper “master alloys.” The graph shows the dimensional accuracy of diffusion-alloyed “Ultrapac-20Cu” versus powder-metallurgical parts made from elemental copper. Can be seen from the figure, the use of Ultrapac-20Cu who prevent the segregation of copper, get the highest dimensional accuracy. Today, the company’s powder metallurgy division has 150 employees, covering the following activities: Water atomized iron and steel powder; Air atomized iron powder; Diffusion - Alloying steel powder (based on water atomized iron powder); Pre Mixed powder; gas / water atomized MIM powder; CNC hydraulic powder press (600 ~ 8 000kN); the production of iron powder, steel powder and sintered parts of the complete plant.
