To achieve the goal of health-based medical reform, we must turn the needs and supply of disease prevention and treatment of 1.3 billion or perhaps 1.6 billion Chinese in the future into a big market of rule of law. People who have seen the disease in mainland China, Hong Kong and the United States Knowing that the average doctor’s dosage in mainland China is more than three times that of Hong Kong and the United States.
