白细胞介素6(IL-6)是一种多功能的细胞因子。我们利用PCR、定点突变和重组DNA技术成功地在E.Coli中构建成人rIL-6表达克隆,于E.Coli中高效表达出人rIL-6蛋白分子。
Interleukin 6 (IL-6) is a multifunctional cytokine. Using PCR, site-directed mutagenesis and recombinant DNA technology, we successfully constructed the human rIL-6 expression clone in E.coli and efficiently expressed the human rIL-6 protein in E.coli.
