目的通过检测2013-2014年长春龙嘉机场送检的鼠类样本,对检测结果进行分析,为进一步制定鼠类监测计划提供科学依据。方法根据《关于开展全国口岸及相邻边境线医学媒介生物本地调查和监测专项工作的通知》的要求,用PCR技术和ELISA方法检测流行性出血热病毒和Ig G抗体。结果共检测85只鼠样本,流行性出血热病毒阳性4例,阳性率为4.7%;流行性出血热Ig G抗体阳性12例,阳性率为14.0%。结论长春龙嘉机场存在鼠媒携带及传播的流行病的潜在风险,要加强对流行性出血热的预防与控制。
Objective To test the detection results of rodents collected from Changchun Longjia Airport in 2013-2014 to provide a scientific basis for the further development of rodent monitoring programs. Methods According to the requirements of the “Notice on Carrying out Local Work on Local Investigation and Monitoring of Medical Media in Ports and Adjacent Frontiers in China”, PCR and ELISA were used to detect the epidemic hemorrhagic fever virus and Ig G antibody. Results A total of 85 rat samples were tested, 4 were positive for epidemic hemorrhagic fever virus, the positive rate was 4.7%, and 12 were IgM positive for epidemic hemorrhagic fever with a positive rate of 14.0%. Conclusions There is a potential risk of epidemics of carriage and spread of murine media in Changchun Longjia Airport. Prevention and control of epidemic hemorrhagic fever should be strengthened.
