目的了解淡色库蚊对化学杀虫剂的交互抗性,为合理选择杀虫剂提供依据。方法采用幼虫浸液法,测定经12代选育后的抗吡丙醚淡色库蚊幼虫对常用杀虫剂的半数致死浓度(LC_(50)),比较其对杀虫剂敏感性的变化。结果经过12代的抗性选育,淡色库蚊抗吡丙醚品系的抗性倍数达5.69倍,对溴氰菊酯、醚菊酯呈现低交互抗性,对双硫磷、倍硫磷以及除虫脲的交互抗性不明显。结论长期使用吡丙醚会产生抗性,并且可能会对其他杀虫剂产生交互抗性,应用时需注意使用频次以及杀虫剂种类的选择。
Objective To understand the interactive resistance of Culex pipiens pallens to chemical insecticides and provide evidence for the rational selection of insecticides. Methods The larvae immersion method was used to determine the LC50 of LC50 of commonly used insecticides against Culex pipiens pallens after 12 generations of selection. The sensitivity to insecticides was compared. Results After 12 generations of resistance breeding, Culex pipiens pallens anti-pyriproxyfen resistant multiple of 5.69 times, showed low interactive resistance to deltamethrin and ethyrin, Diflubenzuron interaction resistance is not obvious. Conclusion Long-term use of Pyriproxen will produce resistance, and may be cross-resistant to other insecticides, the application should pay attention to the frequency and type of insecticide selection.
