一台有特种用途的炉子在改造设计中,采用了嵌有新型大间距波纹电热元件的陶瓷纤维加热板。这些加热板使用的电热丝是Watlow电子公司生产的,该公司Columbie MO厂在采用上述加热板改造后的炉子内进行了试验加热(图1)。在加热过程中,陶瓷纤维板的使用,使炉子得以在直至1204℃的温度下周期性工作,并取得了降低能耗,减少占地面积的效果,并使炉子具有最佳的性能和控制特性。
A special-purpose furnace in the transformation of the design, the use of a new embedded large-pitch corrugated heating element ceramic fiber heating plate. The heating wire for these hotplates was manufactured by Watlow Electronics. The company’s Columbie MO plant was experimentally heated in an oven modified with the above hotplate (Figure 1). The use of ceramic fiberboard during heating allows the furnace to operate cyclically up to a temperature of 1204 ° C with the effect of reducing energy consumption and floor space and providing the furnace with optimum performance and control characteristics.
